HOW DOES YOUR PROCESS WORK?

1. First we get on a discovery call. My team and I will learn about your brand, your needs for brand photography and we will share our services. Then we will create a customized proposal for your business.

2. Once you are ready to book, we will send over a contract and invoice. When the contract is signed and retainer is paid, we are officially booked!

3. Next steps will be the planning out location, date, and visual inspiration for your shoot. We will get on a strategy call before the big day to plan out all the details and answer any questions. My team and I will create a photo-style guide for shoot day.

4. On shoot day come excited and ready! We will have music, a timeline, and a shot list + all the equipment it takes to create the images you need to market your brand.

5. After the shoot, you will receive your gallery in 3-4 weeks.

WHY IS BRANDING PHOTOGRAPHY IMPORTANT?


Branding photoshoots benefit your business tremendously because the images created are custom to you and your business. These images will show your current and potential clients who you are and what you do!

Consistency is key to building a reputable brand. With personalized images, you will have consistent content for your social media, website, and more!

Leaving the photos up to our professional team will take away the stress of coming up with fresh content, and you will be able to focus on other aspects of your business. When you have access to a variety of professional photos, you will feel confident to share your business offerings any day of the week.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Once you choose the services from your unique proposal, we will send over a service agreement, contract and invoice.

A 50% retainer and contract are collected to secure your date(s) for your shoot.

The remaining payment is expected before the day of the shoot.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN PROPS?

You will be encouraged to bring any and all props that represent your brand and how it functions on a daily basis, i.e., computer, phone, notebook, inspiring books, personality-driven items, etc. We will always offer any props we have that may assist in showing off your brand. If you are wanting new props, our team can set a shopping time to purchase additional props for your shoot. We would discuss a budget then an invoice will be sent separately for those items. You keep what you buy!

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK YOU?

For full sessions, it is best to book about 2 months in advance. This gives us time to get to know one another and design your photoshoot. This time will be used to plan out your shoot, from the photo style guide to the strategy call; we want ample time (without stress) for us to get all important details together, i.e., outfits, location, props, hair/make-up, etc.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes, we love visiting new places! We will travel anywhere you need us. The client would pay for all travel expenses (flight, car, & hotel). If we are driving to the destination, say Austin, all that would be required is an additional fee for gas and time.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK?


It's simple. When you decide on what service you would like, we will send the service agreement and invoice so you can pay the retainer.

Once these actions are completed, you will be officially booked!
